From Mercer Island and born in South Africa, Nathan Rochon brings 20 years of combined construction and home inspection experience to help you understand your property and make informed decisions.

Nathan has built homes and managed projects for builders, with project experience in Central Washington—including Chelan, Douglas, and Grant counties—as well as California and Oregon. Working across these regions has given him a broad construction perspective that he brings to properties throughout the Puget Sound area.

He understands how homes come together, how trades coordinate, and where cost-saving shortcuts can affect workmanship. During an inspection, he uses that experience to give accessible conditions a careful look and put observations in context. His goal is to explain what he sees, why it matters, and which questions or next steps deserve your attention.

Outside of work, Nathan is an active fisherman who enjoys life on the water, sailing the West Coast with his two dogs.
